We are seeking a talented video editor to join our team for a special project that involves creating a compelling Video Sales Letter (VSL) to promote our product. This is a contract position with the possibility of a part-time role in the future.
As a video editor, you will be responsible for editing stock photos and images into a professional and engaging VSL that effectively communicates our message and drives conversions. Your primary focus will be on crafting a persuasive narrative that captures the attention of the viewer and builds interest in our product.
You will work closely with our marketing team to develop a script, choose appropriate footage, and create a cohesive story that effectively communicates the value of our product to the audience. The ideal candidate will have experience creating VSLs and a strong portfolio that showcases their ability to tell engaging stories through video.
They should be proficient in industry-standard editing software and have a solid understanding of video marketing and conversion optimization techniques. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team are also key traits we are looking for.
Responsibilities:
– Create video shorts for TikTok and long form for Youtube
– Work with the marketing team to develop a script and storyboard for the VSL
– Select appropriate footage and edit it into a compelling, cohesive story
– Add music, sound effects, and visual effects as needed to enhance the final product
– Optimize the VSL for conversion by incorporating proven marketing techniques
– Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that the VSL is aligned with our overall marketing strategy
Requirements:
– Proven experience creating Video Sales Letters, video shorts, and long form
– Understanding of video marketing and conversion optimization techniques
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with a team
– Excellent communication skills
