Job requirements
– Proven experience in creating viral or high-performing short-form AND long-form videos that drive high view counts and significant audience growth
– Deep knowledge/expertise in YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok meta-trends, including relevant creators, new algorithm changes, analytics, and monetization strategies.
– Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, adapting to changing priorities and demands.
– Extremely deadline-oriented with an understanding of the importance of project timelines.
– Tech-savvy with quick learning abilities for new software.
– Collaborative mindset with a focus on learning and growing as a team.
