Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor to help us produce high-quality, engaging video content for our podcasts and YouTube channel. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with our podcast hosts, content creators, and marketing team to create compelling videos that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

Edit and assemble raw audio and video footage from podcasts and other sources into polished videos that effectively convey our company’s insights and expertise
Collaborate with our podcast hosts, content creators, marketing department, and other stakeholders to ensure video content aligns with project objectives, brand identity, and target audience expectations
Apply creative techniques, such as motion graphics, color grading, and sound design, to enhance the visual and auditory impact of videos
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high quality standards
Optimize video content for various distribution channels, including YouTube, social media platforms, and websites
Maintain an organized and efficient post-production workflow, including media management, file organization, and archiving
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our video production capabilities
Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute ideas, and provide constructive feedback to elevate our video content
