We seek a talented and creative Video Editor to join our brand new YouTube channel focused on international cinema. This role requires a passion for film, a keen understanding of storytelling, and the ability to bring cinematic stories to life through engaging video edits.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Edit raw footage to produce engaging video recaps of international movies.
2. Incorporate voiceovers, music, and sound effects for a comprehensive viewing experience.
3. Can you make the right graphics and visual effects to enhance the narrative?
4. Can you ensure video edits align with our brand voice, style, and audience’s expectations?
5. Can you collaborate closely with the content team to realize the vision for each project?
6. Please adhere to deadlines while ensuring work is of the highest quality.
7. Provide creative input to enhance the overall quality and impact of videos.
8. Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing and international cinema to bring fresh perspectives to our content.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Video Editor (please provide a portfolio or examples of your previous work).
2. Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
3. Strong storytelling skills with an ability to visually convey complex narratives.
4. Keen eye for detail and consistency.
5. Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
