Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic real estate office team. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating captivating videos that showcase our properties, agents and engage potential buyers. Your role will involve collaborating with our marketing team to produce high-quality videos that highlight what our audience should know.
Responsibilities:
Edit and enhance video footage of our agents giving tips to homebuyers, real estate properties, interior walkthroughs and neighborhood highlights.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and ensure video content aligns with our brand image and messaging.
Select and assemble video clips, audio tracks, and graphics to create compelling visual stories that effectively market our listings.
Trim and fine-tune raw footage to create polished, professional videos.
Apply color correction, audio enhancements, and other post-production techniques to optimize video quality.
Incorporate relevant text overlays, transitions, and visual effects to enhance the visual appeal of the videos.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proficiency in a video editing software such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of video editing principles, including timing, pacing, and storytelling.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the marketing team and understand project requirements.
A portfolio of previous video editing work demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
