Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in editing both podcasts and online course content, ensuring high-quality production that aligns with our brand’s vision and standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to deliver polished content that engages and inspires our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Edit and produce high-quality video and audio content for Take Her Lead’s podcasts and online courses.
• Collaborate with the content creation team to understand project goals and deliver engaging, on-brand content.
• Ensure all videos are polished and professional, with attention to sound quality, visual consistency, and overall viewer experience.
• Incorporate graphics, animations, and other multimedia elements to enhance content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of final products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into video editing processes.
• Provide creative input to enhance the overall quality and impact of video content.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing podcast and online course content.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Strong understanding of audio editing, including noise reduction, equalization, and mastering.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual aesthetics.
• Familiarity with Elleuminate’s mission and a commitment to empowering women in leadership.
