We are expanding our team and looking for a talented Video Editor with a flair for creating engaging content, specifically for social media platforms like Facebook and TikTok.

*Role Summary:*
As a Video Editor, you will be instrumental in producing compelling video ads that resonate with our target audience. You’ll join a collaborative team environment where creativity and efficiency are valued.

*Key Responsibilities:*
– Develop new creatives for our product lineup, ensuring each video meets the high standards of our brands.
– Utilize CapCut for quick editing tasks and Adobe After Effects for more complex projects (knowledge of After Effects is preferred but not mandatory).
– Deliver a minimum of 8 high-quality videos per week.
– Maintain effective communication with team members, ensuring all projects are on track and align with our marketing goals.
– Continuously monitor the editing process to prevent any delays and maintain workflow efficiency.

*Requirements:*
– Proven experience in video editing, with a portfolio showcasing your skills, especially in creating ads for Facebook and TikTok.
– Fluency in English with excellent reading and writing skills.
– Ability to use CapCut and a basic understanding of Adobe After Effects.
– Able to handle feedback and collaborate with a team to refine video content.

*Compensation:*
– Starting at $10 per creative, with potential for growth as your skills develop and your familiarity with our company increases.

*Selection Process:*
To ensure a good fit for both parties, we require candidates to complete a preliminary, non-paid video editing assignment. This trial task is an integral part of our hiring process and reflects the type of work you will be doing.
