Role Objectives:
Join our team to deliver up to 3 hours daily of captivating multi-camera podcast content. Your mastery in video editing will be central to enhancing the visual storytelling of our podcasts, ensuring a gripping audience experience.

Key Responsibilities:
– Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro to edit multi-camera long-form content.
– Employ audio editing tools like Adobe Audition for pristine sound.
– Create motion graphics and visual effects with After Effects to enrich storytelling.
– Ensure optimal video compression and format handling for seamless distribution.
– Conduct color correction and grading to elevate the visual narrative.
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical production issues.

Creative Skills:
– Exhibit exceptional pacing and timing for dynamic and engaging content.
– Develop visual narratives that complement and enhance the audio.
– Innovate with creative content ideas, leveraging graphics and animations.
– Maintain high visual design and aesthetics standards.

Production Skills:
– Oversee the pre-production process, including storyboarding and scripting.
– Manage production schedules, deadlines, and budget constraints efficiently.
– Direct shoots, ensuring top-notch quality of recording equipment setup and operation.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
– Collaborate effectively with hosts, guests, and production teams.
– Utilize interview and coaching skills to enhance on-camera performances.
– Provide constructive feedback to elevate team productivity and content quality.

Organizational and Strategic Skills:
– Juggle multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail.
– Strategically align visual content with the podcast’s overarching content strategy.
– Understand audience preferences, tailoring content to viewer behaviors.

– 3+ years of experience in video editing and production.

Work Arrangement:
This remote role demands a start time of 5pm US CST, corresponding to the overnight shift in the Philippines. Flexibility in work hours is provided, with the expectation of task completion.

Team Collaboration:
The editor will be an integral part of our creative team, reporting to our project managers.
