In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in crafting engaging content for our social media platforms. I’m a 3rd in the world fitness competitor, and I’m going for more. Your responsibilities will include posting across all platforms, with a special focus on creating stunning thumbnails for YouTube videos and IG reels to grow the business.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Curate and produce engaging content for OG Aesthetics Transformations’ social media channels. Skilled in video edits primarily, captivating thumbnails, and capturing a cold audiences’ attention in the first 3 seconds of a video.
2. Demonstrate fluency in English and have an understanding or interest of fitness concepts and trends.
3. Utilize Adobe Premier add-on programs to enhance content quality with stunning effects and transitions.
4. Execute content distribution across all social media platforms as a core duty.
5. Develop eye-catching thumbnails for YouTube videos and IG reels to maximize audience engagement.
6. Collaborate closely with the content team to brainstorm and implement creative ideas.
7. Stay abreast of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content performance.

**Requirements:**
1. Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Deep understanding of fitness trends, terminology, and concepts.
3. Proficient in video editing software, with experience using premier add-on programs for effects and transitions.
4. Willingness to work full-time with flexibility for extended hours (Optional).
5. Proven track record of managing social media accounts and crafting engaging content.
6. Innovative thinker passionate about visual storytelling and aesthetic appeal for an outstanding premium effect.
7. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. Familiarity with various social media platforms and their algorithms.
10. Previous experience creating thumbnails for YouTube videos and IG reels preferred.
