Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Video Editor to join our team and assist in creating visually stunning and compelling video content. The primary focus of this role will be to make micro-edits to existing assets to optimize their performance across various platforms and edit new assets as they are received. As our internal Video Editor, you will work closely with our Creative Strategist and Media Buyers to ensure that our content meets the highest standards and resonates with our audience.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Creative Strategist & Media Buyers to understand project objectives and requirements.
Edit and enhance raw footage to create polished and engaging video content.
Make microadjustments to videos to improve performance metrics such as engagement and conversion rates.
Optimize videos for various platforms and formats.
Incorporate graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance the overall quality of the videos.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video editing and digital marketing.
Ensure that all video content adheres to brand guidelines and reflects the company’s values and messaging.
Collaborate with other team members, including agency relationships, to brainstorm ideas and develop creative concepts.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Experience with motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.
Strong understanding of video optimization techniques and best practices for different platforms.
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual composition and storytelling.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative ideas and concepts.
A passion for storytelling and creating compelling visual content.
