Description:

Looking for an experienced Video Editor to help edit/curate youtube videos as well as edit short form content for Instagram. Extra bonuse payments will be provide for each milestone reached.

The ideal candidate is highly creative, strong technically, and has a consistent track record of delivering on large and small-scale video productions. Additionally, if you have experience managing social media platforms, this is a bonus.

We are looking for someone that has experience with the Davinci resolve editing software, so we can collaborate together online.

Deliverables:

We would like to approximately produce 4 long form videos a month and 2 short form videos a week.

Daily tasks include sorting raw video, editing and posting on Instagram and youtube. During editorial, you may be required to create and/or edit graphics, create rough audio mixes, prep outputs for approval, and prep elements for audio mix, layback, final mastering delivery, and archive.

You will work closely with us on the creative content that needs to be made and ideas would be welcome.

Key Qualifications

• Software: DaVinci Resolve.
• Is able to color-grade raw footage and Slog3 video.
• Assistant Producer/Producer experience is highly valuable for this role.
• Understanding of current pre-production, production and post production workflows, file formats, frame rates, codecs, resolution, audio, metadata, and images for asset delivery.
• Knowledge of review and approval process using evolving project management tools.
• Attention to detail with well-honed organizational and time-management skills; self-motivated and comfortable working in a high-demand.
• Energy, drive, passion and enthusiasm to grow.
• Able to provide examples of work that demonstrate creative sensibilities and represent an artistic point of view.
• Able to work unpredictable hours in order to achieve creative and technical success.
