Video Editor

I am looking for a full time video editor that is qualified and experienced. Based on my past experience with this website, I will require a test video in order to know if you are capable of what I am looking for. I have spent a lot of time hiring people just to find out that they are not actually qualified for the job. In order to not waste your time or mine, I am requiring a test video. I will pay for the video to be made 750PHP if I ask you to make the video. I will require asset collection, and based on what you collect, I will determine if the video is worth being made or not. The workflow would be:

1. You collect assets (memes to read that are part of a subject for the video: resources to pull from are reddit, x (twitter), google, etc.)
2. I provide the voice over
3. You edit the video and submit
4. I upload

That’s about it. I will need some shorts created that are separate from the initial video as well that are in a similar style.

Overall, I am looking for someone who can research the niche and fully understand why videos are successful with the targeted audience, and supply assets and editing pacing and style that will attract the largest market share possible with that targeted audience.

I need someone who understands the humor of the audience. Many editors lack the ability to create a video that has the correct sounds, transitions, movement, and pace that looks proper for the audience.

Editing is an art, not just chopping up video and throwing in random sounds and transitions that are not up to date or relevant to the targeted audience. I am looking for someone who is an artist with their editing and takes the time to learn the style needed for the content.

2. Create a folder inside that folder and name it the theme of the video you come up with
3. Upload enough memes to fill a 12 minute video
4. Wait for my voiceover
5. Begin to edit the video once the voiceover is provided
6. Submit final video
7. Review

I will review everyone’s submissions and pick the editor I want to work with.
