Video Editor

We are seeking a talented and experienced Video Editor to join our team. As an editor, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and visually appealing videos that align with our brand’s vision and meet project requirements. This is a work-from-home commitment of 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing: Edit raw video footage to create engaging and high-quality videos, ensuring seamless transitions, visual coherence, and audio synchronization.

Post-Production: Enhance videos with color correction, visual effects, graphics, captions, and other post-production elements to achieve a polished final product.

Collaboration: Work closely with our creative team and project managers to comprehend the vision for each project and ensure the edits align with the project’s goals.

Efficiency: Manage time effectively to complete editing tasks within specified deadlines without compromising on quality.

Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews of edited assets to ensure they are error-free and meet the highest standards of production.

Communication: Maintain clear and efficient communication with the creative team, providing updates on project progress and addressing any feedback or revisions promptly.

File Management: Organize and maintain a well-structured file system to manage the large volume of assets.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in editing with a strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills, creativity, and versatility.

Software Proficiency: Proficient in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or other industry-standard tools.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality, visually appealing assets.

Creativity: Demonstrate a creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box when editing to enhance their impact.

Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and deliver project assets within agreed-upon deadlines.

Collaborative Skills: Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with the creative team.

Self-motivated: Capable of working independently, taking ownership of editing tasks, and meeting project objectives.

Availability: Available for 20 hours per week, with some flexibility to accommodate peak workloads.
