We are a dynamic and growing fitness company based in Sydney, dedicated to inspiring and transforming lives through health and fitness. We produce engaging and educational content daily across major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Position: Video Editor

Job Type: Freelance

Responsibilities:

Edit and produce short-form video content (reels) for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, starting with three videos a week.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and high-quality video content.
Ensure that all videos meet the brand’s standards and align with our messaging and aesthetic.
Implement feedback from the team to refine and improve video edits.
Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing and social media content.
Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably with a focus on social media content.
Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their video content requirements.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for fitness and personal development is highly preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in creating fitness-related content.
Knowledge of graphic design and animation software is a plus.
Ability to produce high-quality edits quickly and efficiently.
Compensation:

Pay per video produced.
Starting with three videos a week, with the potential to increase to five to seven videos a week for the right candidate.
