Qualifications:
? Can edit High Quality Shortform & Longform Video
? Proficiency in using CapCut Desktop version or Adobe Premiere Pro (plus if you know AE basics, Audition, and PS)
? Has experience with motion graphics
? Plus if you have work experience About the work: ? Long form/Short form Videos (reels and YouTube automation)
? Understands/Speaks English
? Confident
? Consistent and Dedicated
? Good Attitude
? Good Communicator
? Critical Thinking and Creativity
? Initiative
? Detail Oriented
? Coachable
? Ability to meet deadlines and provide revisions
? Can work under pressure
? Able to create a story out of raw content
? Knows different styles of editing like Alex Hormozi, Ali Abdaal, etc.
