Key Responsibilities:
– Edit content for accuracy, grammar, video style, and consistency.
– Collaborate with the creative team to refine and enhance their work’s clarity, coherence, and overall impact.
– Ensure that all content adheres to established brand guidelines, editorial standards, and voice.
– Provide constructive feedback to the creative team to help them improve their writing skills and meet editorial expectations.
– Fact-check and verify information in articles, ensuring accuracy and credibility.
– Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines.
– Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that visual elements complement and enhance written content.
– Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of editing and publishing.
– Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new content ideas and editorial strategies.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an editor, with a strong portfolio of published work.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with the creative team members.
– Familiarity with content management systems and digital publishing tools.
– Creative and critical thinking skills to contribute to content ideation and strategy.
– Having a good understanding of the creative market and being able to innovate and come up with ideas
– A passion for staying updated on industry trends and a commitment to continuous learning
We are mainly looking for people who go beyond the technical knowledge and software know-how and have an interest in using these skills to creatively tell a story using visuals.
