Video Editor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Video Editor to join our team on a part-time basis with potential to move into a full time role. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content for our organization, which could include promotional videos, social media videos, training videos, and more. The ideal candidate will have a portfolio of video editing projects, demonstrating their expertise and creativity in video editing.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with our team to understand project requirements and goals.
– Review and select raw footage to create compelling and visually appealing video content.
– Edit video footage and sound editing are needed at the moment. Could expand in the future
– Add music, voiceovers, and other visual elements to enhance the overall quality of the video.
– Ensure that all videos meet the organization’s brand guidelines and standards.
– Manage and organize video files and assets for easy access and retrieval.
– Meet project deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio of previous video editing projects.
– Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other similar software.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
– Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
– Excellent communication skills to understand project requirements and provide feedback.
– Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Strong organizational skills to manage and organize video files and assets.
– Applicants need to be English C1 certified, if considered we will require a test to move on to an interview
