ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Edit raw video footage to create highly converting social media video advertising for various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
> Utilize creative storytelling techniques and visual effects to captivate viewers and deliver impactful messages in line with clients’ marketing goals.
> Collaborate with the creative team and clients to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand messaging.
> Identify and implement innovative and engaging editing styles, transitions, and visual effects to enhance video content.
> Ensure that videos adhere to clients’ branding guidelines and maintain high production quality standards.
> Optimize video content for different social media platforms, considering platform-specific requirements and best practices.
> Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in video editing and social media advertising to continually enhance skills and offer innovative ideas.
> Collaborate with other team members, such as designers, copywriters, and marketers, to align video content with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.
> Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
> Proven work experience of min. 5 years as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and highly converting social media video advertising.
> Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
> Excellent understanding of storytelling, composition, and visual aesthetics to create engaging and compelling videos.
> Familiarity with social media platforms and their video specifications and best practices.
> Strong knowledge of video formats, codecs, resolutions, and exporting options.
> Ability to work collaboratively and effectively communicate with clients and cross-functional teams.
> Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
> Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
> Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
