The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in editing real estate videos, showcasing properties in their best light, and understanding the nuances of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Edit and produce high-quality videos that highlight property features, amenities, and neighborhood attractions.

2. Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to ensure videos align with our branding and marketing strategies.

3. Incorporate music, voiceovers, graphics, and effects to enhance video quality and storytelling.

4. Ensure videos are optimized for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, social media, websites) and adhere to brand guidelines.

5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in real estate video production to continually improve our video content.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Video Editor with a minimum of 5 years in real estate or related field.
Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
A keen eye for detail and storytelling ability to create compelling narratives through video.
Experience in color grading, sound design, and video compression techniques.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret and execute creative briefs.
