We’re currently seeking a seasoned, professional video editor, script writer and voiceover adept at overseeing the entire video creation process in regards to crime documentaries. The role involves crafting top-tier YouTube content/videos, averaging around 10-20 minutes each, with an expectation of delivering 30 videos monthly.

The ideal candidate or team will possess prior experience in managing YouTube automation channels, showcasing measurable success. Profound knowledge of YouTube guidelines, copyright regulations, fair use policies, robust editing skills, access to Stock Footage sites, familiarity with VidIQ, and the ability to create monetizable content are prerequisites.

Video Specifications:
– Structured video flow: Commencing with a 10-second attention-grabbing intro, followed by a channel intro, prompts to follow on IG/subscribe, and creatively edited body content ensuring humor, engagement, and entertainment. Ending with channel end screens.
– Incorporation of copyright-free sound effects/background music judiciously.
– Sourcing and application of copyright-free clips and licensed stock footage.
– Editing in a bingeable documentary style that captivates the audience, focusing on click-through rates and retention, ensuring 1080p HD+, and utilizing lower-thirds/text/transitions where appropriate. Limited to professional video editing software – Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.

Job Criteria:
– 7 videos per week

– Compensation: $15 per video
