Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a high quality Video Editor to join our team. Your primary role will be to create engaging and compelling videos that captivate audiences across a variety of platforms such as in person events, online, and via social media. This is a full-time, remote position designed for someone who loves video editing and is excited to work on various projects. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, technical skill, and a detail-oriented approach to every task. You will be responsible for editing and enhancing long-form and short-form video content, ensuring it aligns with our client’s brand guidelines and objectives. Your creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail will be crucial in delivering high-quality video content that drives audience engagement and achieves the desired results.

Employment Type: Full-Time, Remote

Work Schedule: Night Shift (9 PM – 6 AM PH Time)

Work Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week

Client Engagement: Primarily with clients in the US & Canada

Responsibilities
Culling and Organizing Footage: Importing and organizing raw footage for an optimized work flow and easy access to content for future projects.

Editing and Assembling Footage: Cut, splice, and edit raw footage into a cohesive and engaging final product, adhering to the project’s vision and goals.

Sound Design and Mixing: Enhance video content with appropriate soundtracks, sound effects, and audio mixing to improve viewer experience.

Color Grading and Correction: Adjust and enhance color settings to ensure visual consistency and appeal across all projects.

Graphics and Special Effects: Incorporate motion graphics and special effects as needed to enhance the storytelling aspect of videos.

Collaboration with Creative Teams: Work closely with directors, producers, and other team members to ensure a unified vision and effective execution of projects.

Timely Delivery of Projects: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising quality.

Quality Control and Revisions: Conduct thorough reviews of all edits, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions to achieve the desired outcome.

Staying Current with Industry Trends: Regularly update skills and knowledge in video editing techniques, software, and trends.

Experience
Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of editing styles and techniques.

Technical Proficiency: Expertise in video editing software / Adobe Premiere Pro + Davinici Resolve

Creative Flair: A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of storytelling through visual media.

Teamwork and Communication: Excellent communication skills and experience working collaboratively with remote teams.

Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Adaptability: Comfortable adapting to client feedback and changing project requirements.
