Job Description

This is a full-time position that requires working closely with our Social Media Manager and our Advertising Team to implement the creative vision (with your contribution), establish project timelines and anticipated completion dates.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Create and produce advertising/marketing videos and PR videos
• Play a highly collaborative creative role in structuring new ideas and managing post-production projects to completion
• Edit and upload footage and maintain video logs, naming conventions and media storage
• Sourcing photos, stock video and audio as needed for projects (you will be given access to our Envato Elements account)
• Use videolytics to analyze effectiveness of media, with the intent to optimize and improve retention and conversions
• Analyzing view metrics to improve engagement and click throughs
• Using our proven templates, create videos that are part of a marketing campaign designed to drive traffic and conversions for specific offers

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• 2+ years of video production experience
• Highly skilled in Premier Pro and Adobe products. Canva experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience creating compelling, marketing centric videos that motivate people to take action.
• Experience with remote team tools like Time Doctor, Asana, Google Suite, Dashlane, & Zoom
• Excellent English skills, and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing with direct supervisor and team members
• Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner and communicate about said deadlines effectively.
• Previous marketing and advertising experience is preferred but not required.
• Show competency in videography principles from storyline to final editing.
• Be proficient at turning talking head videos into engaging animated videos using graphics, motion graphics and b-roll.
• Be proficient in typography, color, composition, compositing, key framing, and title design
• Have experience using videolytics to analyze effectiveness of media, with the intent to optimize and improve retention and • conversions
• Ability to work with a team directly in edit sessions to assess needs and meet project requirements.
• Properly maintain a digital archive and follow naming conventions
• Possess a strong attention to detail and time management skills, and be an organized team player driven to constantly perfect your craft.

• Computer – minimum i7 or equivalent with 16gb RAM
• Internet Speed – minimum 50 MBPS Download speed

Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 8AM MST – 4PM MST / 11 PM – 7 AM PHT)

Note: Opportunity to transition into daytime PHT hours upon milestones and benchmarks met.
Salary Range: PHP 50,000 – PHP 75,000 monthly, Depending on experience
