Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Video Editor proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite tools to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, creative flair, and the ability to bring static designs to life through animation. This role involves creating captivating motion graphics, editing videos, and collaborating with our creative team to deliver high-quality multimedia content.

This role requires an overlap of 4 hours/day with USA Pacific time mornings: 8-12 pm Pacific (12 am-4 am Philippines Time) Please apply only if you can work these timings regularly.

Responsibilities:

-Edit hours of raw footage into polished videos, ensuring a seamless flow and engaging storytelling.
-Be able to handle sound engineering, audio clean up, and removal of filler words
-Be comfortable editing together multiple camera angles/sources
-Be proficient at adding super text and bottom-third typography as well as intros and outros
-Utilize Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools to create visually stunning videos.
-Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute visual concepts that align with project goals and brand identity.
-Optimize video content for different platforms and formats, ensuring compatibility and optimal viewing experience.
-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing techniques.
-Manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work while meeting deadlines.
-Be comfortable with and ready to share examples of long-form e.g. event footage editing

Qualifications:

-Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
-Proven experience in motion graphics design and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
-Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, and graphic design.
-Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver polished, high-quality work.
-Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling.
-Degree or diploma in Animation, Multimedia Design, Film Production, or related field (preferred).
