The role:
We are looking for a fast learner with the drive to grow and improve yourself. You must be meticulous, crave results, and can’t stand missing the mark or falling short. Lastly, you truly appreciate and thrive in an autonomous work environment. Working with us is 100% remote and flexible. We believe your best environment is our best environment.
Key Requirements:
– 2+ years of editing experience
– High attention to detail
– Availability to work full time, with occasional weekend and after-hours time
– Thorough understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
– Open to constructive feedback and collaboration
– Exceptional project management & creative input
– Knowledge of the latest social media and digital trends
Experience preferred:
– Premiere Pro, After Effects (Adobe Suite) (A MUST)
– Blender (Not required but would be cool)
Key Responsibilities – type of content we produce:
– Edit high-end productions for world-class real estate, construction, and property development organizations
– Edit Social media-related videos, hype content, and more. (Would love someone who has experience creating really good reels)
– Proficiency in color grading
– Create quality productions in a timely manner, often within tight deadlines
– Ability to create hype content
– Report directly to the AX Creative team
– Bonus if you have the ability to retouch and edit images.

The qualification process:
After we’ve reviewed your portfolio, we will select potential candidates. Those shortlisted will be asked to complete a brief assignment as part of the qualification process.
Upon successful completion of the assignment, you may be offered the position.
Please put expected salary/freelancer rate on application.
Ideally we are looking for a freelancer/part timer that moves into a full time position.
