Video Editor

Hi, I’m Vito, and I own a small Video Editing Company in San Jose, California. We Edit Youtube Videos for creators.

We’re hiring Editors that can produce videos that are eye-catching and fun to watch.

Fluent English is a must for this position. You must be comfortable with computers and technology social media platforms, have an artistic and fun side. I want our videos to look great! Understanding Social marketing is a huge plus. Using FINAL CUT PRO is another huge plus!

We’re expanding and looking for editors to help us with professionally edited videos 5-15 minutes long.

You will be responsible for:
Creating fun and inspirational videos for small business owners.
Adding B-Roll, Music, Graphics, Lower Thirds consistent with what we’re creating every day.
Keeping track of multiple projects every day,
Turning in your video drafts in a timely manner, back for revisions and approval
Refining drafts for client approval
Editing up to 5 videos or more each week

You’re best attributes will be:
Speed of delivery of a well-crafted video
Attention to detail,
Ability to understand the clients needs, wants and style
Able to communicate with your manager
Suggest options to make your projects better, and more appealing.

If you make it to our short list, we will ask you to do a Video Trial. I will give you a file and instructions to create a trial video so I can see your skill set. The final product will only be 1-2 minutes. WE WILL NOT USE IT.
