Responsibilities:

– Edit raw video footage to create high-quality videos for various platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visually engaging video content.
– Add visual effects, graphics, text, and sound to enhance video quality and engagement.
– Trim and assemble video clips into a sequence that tells a cohesive story or communicates a message.
– Ensure consistency in style, branding, and messaging across all video content.
– Review and select the best shots or scenes for inclusion in the final video product.
– Incorporate feedback from clients, supervisors, or team members to refine video edits.
– Optimize videos for different platforms or formats as needed (e.g., social media, websites).
– Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency.
– Maintain organized files and folders for easy access to video assets.
– Troubleshoot technical issues or software glitches as they arise.
– Meet project deadlines and deliver video content on time.
– Work US business hours

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
– Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
– Strong understanding of visual storytelling techniques and principles.
– Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
– Attention to detail and accuracy in video editing.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
– Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, or special effects is a plus.
– Fluent in English
