Job Overview:
We are in search of a highly skilled and innovative Video Editor to curate and edit short-form videos for multiple brands, including Deanna Ruffin, Digital Design Don, Logos by Latreice, and Journey Embroidery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently editing multiple videos daily, ensuring they align with brand visions and are in sync with current trends on platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Responsibilities:
– Edit and curate short-form videos for various brands following provided video materials in a designated folder.
– Produce high-quality edits with attention to timing, cuts, and angles, taking inspiration from shared reference videos.
– Stay updated on TikTok and Instagram Reel trends and effectively implement them in the video editing process to align with brand requirements.
– Manage a workload involving multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
– Participate in regular meetings (weekly or as needed) to discuss feedback, revisions, and future project directions.
– Adhere to provided guidelines and inspiration to ensure that the edited videos align with the brand visions.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio of short-form video content.
– Proficiency in video editing software and tools.
– Familiarity with TikTok and an understanding of current trends and styles on the platform.
– Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects and deliver high-quality results within set timeframes.
– Strong communication skills to integrate feedback and revisions effectively.

Preferred Skills:
– Knowledge of additional video editing software beyond the basic tools.
– Understanding of social media platform algorithms and their impact on video content engagement.
