Overview
If you are a self motivated, highly skilled and experienced Video Editor we want to talk to you
about joining our dynamic team. If you specialize in creating compelling, storytelling corporate
videos and have a strong portfolio to showcase your expertise, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing:
Edit raw footage of 5-10 interviews, each ranging from 20-30 minutes, to produce a
cohesive and engaging storytelling video.
Apply creative editing techniques to compress the narrative into a finalized video of 5-7
minutes.
Overlay the narrative with suitable B-roll footage from an extensive library of over 100
files sourced from multiple locations, available on our cloud platform.

B-Roll Management:
Manage a large number of B-roll files and incorporate them thoughtfully to enhance the
storytelling aspect of the video.

Digital Asset Management:
Work with proxy files from the cloud rather than original files for editing purposes.
Organize and maintain all digital assets provided by the company efficiently.

Social Media Cuts:
Generate 6 to 10 captivating cuts of the main video tailored for social media platforms
like YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn, each being approximately 30-90 seconds long.

Software Proficiency:
Use Adobe Premiere Pro for editing all video content.
Have experience with the Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects, Audition, etc., as
well as Click to view.

Communication:
Utilize Google Chat for regular communication with the team and stakeholders involved
in the project.

Asset Handling:
Responsibly handle all provided assets such as raw footage, static images, graphics,
music, and voice-over recordings, alongside adhering to the given treatment/shot list.

Project Turnaround:
Efficiently edit each project within a dedicated timeframe of 5-7 days.
Requirements
Proven expertise in creating corporate storytelling videos with a catalog of content
demonstrating your skills.
Willingness to share your portfolio content as part of our vetting process.
A Self-Starter
Motivated
Strong familiarity and professional proficiency with Premiere Pro and other Adobe suite
software.
Reliable and high-speed internet connection for effective cloud-based workflow.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with a large number of assets and files.
Creativity and an eye for detail in video storytelling and editing.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with the team effectively.
