EDITOR REQUIREMENTS
Strong sense of timing and pacing. This is key.
Ability to think of strong hooks and titles to engage the viewer to watch the rest of the video
Ability to add simple, but engaging B-roll

EXAMPLES

Onboarding info
You will receive detailed instructions in a mail after every step of the evaluation levels

Level 1: You will start by submitting one 30 second Reel (9:16) made from any of the following videos

Level 2: Paid Assessment. Please Mention your Compensation requirement. Here is an overview
You will be given one already-published podcast episode.
Create Three 30 sec Insta Reels in 9:16 Vertical format. These clips should excite the audience to watch the complete video. Add captions for the Reels.
Make Two 5-10 minute clips in 16:9 Horizontal format for Youtube. Along with an Attention-grabbing thumbnail.
Write an Attractive Title and Description for the video.
Add Timestamps/Chapters in the podcast video and Clips.
Level 3: You get a job offer to work part-time or full-time.

IMPORTANT info to include in Cover Letter
What software do you use?
How many videos have you created in the past?
How much experience do you have? In terms of months or years. (it’s ok if you are starting off)
Mention the TOTAL compensation amount for Level 2 Paid Assessment in INR.
Please provide the desired compensation for full-time work (40 hours per week) in the cover letter section. [Mention the TOTAL amount per month in INR.]
If interested, mention ‘I am open for an Internship’. So that even if you don’t pass Level 1, we will consider you because we are looking for interns to whom we can train and give work experience. (and you still get to be a part of making the world record)

IMPORTANT:
1. Total amount = Round figure. Do not mention per hour or per video rates. INR= Indian Rupee.
2. Every video editor candidate is receiving the same tasks. You own the copyright to your work until you’ve been compensated. We will not use this clip commercially, or publish your work unless you’ve been compensated.

Note: If you are not able to decide your compensation requirements or if you are just starting off, then you have the option to do an unpaid internship with us. Here you will learn a lot, improve your skills and gain good experience without having to pay any tuition fees to us. Additionally, After 3-6 months, we can assess your skills and offer you a contract or full-time job.
