The Role

KITSCH is looking for a highly motivated and talented Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality direct response performance ad video content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.

Location: Full-time Remote Work

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with marketing team members, including producers, directors, and creators, to develop concepts and execute video projects
Edit and produce high-quality video content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials, using various editing software
Create and implement visual effects, animations, and other post-production elements to enhance video quality and viewer engagement
Manage and organize video assets, including footage, audio files, and project files, to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of final products
Continuously research and implement new editing techniques and technologies to improve video quality and production efficiency
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, social media, and content distribution teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in branding and messaging
Collaborate with music producers, sound designers, and other audio specialists to ensure high-quality audio for video projects

Core Competencies and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Film, Video Production, or related field
2+ years of experience in video editing and post-production
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects
Strong knowledge of visual effects, color correction, and other post-production techniques
Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Creative and innovative mindset to develop new ideas and concepts for video projects
Experience with audio editing and sound design is a plus
