Time Commitment: 20 – 40 hours per week (80 – 160 hours per month)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Video Editor to join our team at , a dynamic agency specializing in podcast post-production, repurposing, and distribution. This role requires the creation of engaging short-form social media videos and the ability to distill key moments from long-form content into compelling clips that resonate with diverse audiences. This position will also support content creation for personal brands associated with our agency, including Calvin Hamilton () and Kush Patel.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, demonstrating creativity and technical expertise in video editing. We value strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This role is pivotal in enhancing our digital presence and engaging our audience effectively across various platforms.

Responsibilities:
• Create short-form social media videos that are engaging and visually compelling.
• Identify key moments in long-form content and edit them into shorter clips suitable for social media.
• Manage video projects from concept through completion, adhering to timelines and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure content alignment with overall brand objectives.
• Maintain organized files and manage video libraries.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video production and social media content.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: At least 3 years of video editing experience, preferably with a focus on social media content.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
• Flexibility: Proficient with email and Slack, with no requirement to work American hours.
