Video Editor

Hey! This is Jhoel, Creative Director of a brand new start up marketing/video production company. (I currently do all the editing and creatives)
I’m looking for an assistant editor to help with the current workload I have. You must be proficient in premiere pro and have a good understanding of editing/sound design/ motion graphics.
We will be editing a lot of Tiktok/Meta/ video ads content with total creative freedom, as long as you follow the guidelines I provide. Most of the video creatives will need alex hormozi style subtitles or similar with engaging hooks and be able to retrain the viewers. We will be testing all types of creatives, so you’ll get a chance to experiment a lot!

Important Notice: I’m looking to hire someone full-time. Meaning, you and I will be a team and we will communicate a lot. I will teach you what you lack in terms of expertise. All I ask is for you to be coachable and always be willing to learn and grow as a creative person.

Requirements:
– Must be proficient in english
– Be able to think outside the box
– Previous experience making short form content or similar
– Previous experience making some sort of video ad
– Strong knowledge of Premiere Pro (After Effects and Photoshop knowledge is a bonus) otherwise you will learn it as we team up.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work under a tight deadline
-Be willing to hunt and scour the internet for content (I will teach you my process)
-Be able to use/learn AI tools for certain projects
– Must show previous creative work you’ve done from short form to miscellaneous creative work.

***Starting Pay: (FullTime) $4/hour (30 day trial period) then it’ll move up to $5/hour***
Bonuses will be given based on your performance. Your hardwork will always be compensated.
