Hello!
We’re currently looking to hire Video editors from the Philippines.
Our per client rate starts at $120 a week PER CLIENT, and our editors have 2 to 3 clients, so anywhere from $120 to $360 dollars per week per client. With 2, you’ll make $240 per week.
Each client has:
8 reels a week (up to 60 seconds)
We have a fun, family team dynamic and a team of 14, mostly Philippinos. We watch out for each other, and expect you to be part of the team.
We pay weekly on Monday nights, Eastern time. We have flexible hours- editors are expected to work Tuesday Through Saturday. There are daily minimums on how much content you need to create and daily updates that are given on Slack.
You WILL start part time and then move to 2 clients fairly quickly.
Now, onto what we are looking for:
a) Quality over everything else.
b) COMMUNICATION. You will be added to our Slack channel, and even though there are no set hours, I expect you to communicate.
c) MEETINGS- We have 2 Meetings a week, Monday and Friday PH time. They will either be at 9 AM PH time, or 5 PM PH time.
d) VALUES – we are a TEAM. So we expect you to be a team member.
e) DEADLINES – Editors will need to meet a daily minimum of content and deadlines at the end of the week.

Here are our requirements:
1. Have Good English
2. Have experience with Canva.
3. Have 1+ years of experience with Adobe Premier and have Adobe Premier Installed on their LAPTOP/DESKTOP.
4. Have 1+ years of experience with Adobe After Effects and with Motion Graphics.
6. Have 1+ years experience with animations.
7. Understand good aesthetics and how to make a clip look good. Look at Alex Hormozi’s clips.
