We are an innovative and rapidly expanding company in search of a Video Editor and AI-Enhanced Short-Form Content Creator with a passion for AI tools and technologies. By integrating the latest AI solutions into your workflow, you will optimize speed, efficiency, and creative brilliance. This role demands a proactive approach, with the ability to generate trending content for reels with minimal guidance. We do have a video editor on our team so you would be the second one on the teams!

Responsibilities:

Edit and amplify video shorts for distribution on our Social Media channels, with an emphasis on trending content.
Ensure our YouTube channel remains at the forefront of high-quality content through precise editing and compelling storytelling.
Tailor client video projects to meet unique requirements and visions.
Refine training videos to maximize clarity and educational impact.
Remain current with the latest social media trends and video production advancements, actively suggesting improvements for our content strategy.
Collaborate seamlessly with the team, ensuring transparent communication on project developments and milestones.
Deliver superior edits within challenging deadlines, balancing speed and quality.
Employ cutting-edge equipment and software for video editing and rendering while maintaining a robust internet connection for efficient video uploads.
Requirements:

Demonstrable experience as a Video Editor and Short-Form Content Creator, supported by an impressive portfolio that displays your creativity and expertise.
Mastery over the latest AI tools and video editing software, including but not limited to Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Click to view, and Descript.
Stellar project management skills, capable of navigating a high-paced setting and juggling numerous projects concurrently.
Outstanding communication, writing, and organizational aptitudes, fostering efficient teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
A discerning eye for detail, inventive storytelling flair, and a profound grasp of visual aesthetics.
Agility in adapting to evolving demands and delivering exceptional work even under tight constraints.
An intrinsic drive, continuously exploring novel tools and methodologies to heighten efficiency and elevate video content quality.
