JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with expertise in video editing and content strategy for social media. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting engaging video ads and organic posts using existing video and image materials according to specific guidelines. This role requires creativity, technical video editing skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Edit and produce video ads and organic posts from existing video and image materials following brand guidelines and specific creative directions.
Understand and implement content strategies that engage target audiences across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
Coordinate with the marketing team to align video content with ongoing campaigns and promotional goals.
Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery of content.
Analyze the performance of video content and make recommendations for optimization and future strategies.
Stay updated with the latest trends in video marketing and social media to keep our content fresh and relevant.

QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience as a Video Editor, Content Creator, or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing social media projects.
Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
Familiarity with social media platforms and their specifications for video content.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Creativity and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

MUST ALSO HAVE:
A dedicated home office setup conducive to professional video editing tasks.
High-speed internet connection (over 50 Mbps).
A high-performance computer capable of handling extensive video editing software.
WORKING HOURS & COMPENSATION

Compensation: $800 USD per month.
This is a full-time position, 9 am-6 pm, Monday to Friday (Manila Time).
