Role Overview:
As a Video Editor & Graphic Designer at Reach Global Media, you will play a crucial role in the creation of visually compelling designs and media for a diverse range of projects, primarily focusing on developing high-converting advertising materials for Facebook and other social media platforms. Collaborating closely with our marketing team, creative lead, and strategists, you will ensure that all design work aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates our clients’ messages to their target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Create quality, high-converting video creatives for our agency and our clients’ Facebook Ad campaigns.
Provide creative input and ideation, ensuring that design and video concepts align with project objectives.
Deliver initial drafts and revisions in a timely manner, with clear communication regarding any anticipated delays.
Stay updated on digital trends, especially in ad design and AI utilization, and undergo relevant training as required.
Collaborate with the Project Manager and Creative Strategist to optimize the video editing and creative pipeline.
Maintain organized design files and folders according to company procedures for easy access and retrieval.
Effectively communicate with team members and clients to understand project requirements and present design solutions.
Participate in team meetings and strategy calls, providing input on creative direction and focus.
Utilize Zoom, Slack, or similar technologies for effective communication and be available during work hours with a reliable internet connection.
Perform other duties as assigned, including the production of promotional materials and special projects.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience as a Video Editor & Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency environment.
Proficiency with AI tools such as Heygen, MJ, 11 labs, etc., for enhancing video editing capabilities.
A strong understanding of performance marketing principles and experience working with performance marketing teams is highly desirable.
Ability to produce 6-9 videos per week across 2-3 batches, while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving requirements.
