Video Editor and Graphic Designer (With solid experience in tech and IT designs)

We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer and video editor with a strong background in IT and Tech designs and marketing content creation. This individual will be responsible for designing visually appealing and effective graphic designs for our products, websites, and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities:
– 5 days a week shift for 5hrs
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, designers, and marketing specialists, to create engaging and informative video content that effectively showcases our software products and services.
– Develop high-quality marketing video content, including screen recordings, product demos, and tutorials, ensuring that videos are visually appealing and easy to understand for users.
– Create compelling marketing content such as promotional videos, testimonials, and case studies that effectively communicate our value proposition and drive customer engagement.
– Edit video footage using industry-standard editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, ensuring seamless transitions, clear audio, and appropriate pacing.
– Develop and implement motion graphics, visual effects, and animations that enhance the overall aesthetic and engagement of video content.
– Participate in video content strategy discussions and provide creative input to help shape the direction and messaging of video projects.
– Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing techniques, trends, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of the company’s video output.
– Provide constructive feedback to other team members and contribute to the overall growth and development of the creative team.

Requirements:
– (Optional) Bachelor’s degree in Video Production, Multimedia, or a related field.
– 1+ years of experience in graphics designing, with a strong focus on marketing content creation for IT software companies (REQUIRED).
– 1+ year(s) of experience in video editing.
– Experience in startup and IT industries Portfolio 
– Excellent communication skills Adherence to work hours and deadlines
– Experience working in a team Proficient in industry-standard software tools and collaboration platforms 
– A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design, including promotional marketing videos, marketing content, and other relevant work samples.
– Proficiency in graphic editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or other industry-standard software.
– Experience with motion graphics and animation software such as Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
– Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and software and IT industry-specific knowledge.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate creative concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
– Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
– Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and quickly respond to revisions and stakeholder feedback.
– A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
