Video Editor and Social Media Manager

Hi,

I am looking for a full-time Video Editor and Social Media Manager to join my business.

I run a venture backed media startup called Kindling. We are creating Asia’s first technology media company and have ambitions to grow it to over $100m in revenue. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast growing company.

**Working Hours & Salary Expectations**

Hours

– The initial working hours for this role will be Australian Eastern Standard Time 9am-1pm daily, however we can accomodate flexibility.
– After the trial period this will increase to 40h a week.

Salary

– The target salary for this role is US$750/month (depending on experience) + Employee options in the company

**Tasks and Responsibilities**

Above all we are looking for attitude. A desire to challenge yourself, take on more responsibility and create the best tech media company in the world.

The initial tasks for the role are:

**Video and Audio Podcast Editing**

– Editing audio for podcasts using programs like Adobe Podcasts, Descript and Adobe Audition
– Editing Video for podcast using Adobe Premier Pro, including multiple camera angles, introductions and adding Ads.

**Creating Clips for TikTok and Linkedin**

– Editing Tiktok style short clips from the episode, including basic animations (example here Click to view/@steven?lang=en)

**Social media management**

– Creating collateral for Linkedin / Instagram / Tiktok
– Scheduling posts and writing captions
– Helping with Adhoc EA tasks
