PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
– Work closely with the Marketing Manager to determine production vision.
– Edit video footage using modern editing programs Adobe CC (Premier Pro and After Effects), Blender
– Creating editing content for digital across many different platforms
– Archive footage in a highly organized manner
– Inserting intentional dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects to enhance the story.
– Creating content that drives results.
– Exporting and proofing final cuts for broadcasting.
– Edit photos in line with brand guidelines
– Assist in using a virtual studio space for live calls and other video content
KEY COMPETENCIES
– Proven work experience as an editor
– Ability to work fast under tight deadlines
– Expert in motion graphics and storytelling
– Detail oriented and keeps record of all footage and photos
– Proficient in O365, Adobe Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Zoho Projects
– Self-motivated and resourceful; wants to take initiative, sees a need and creates a solution
– Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and strong attention to detail
– Strong interpersonal skills and ability to enthusiastically communicate with various functions at multiple levels in the organization both in-person and in writing
