Role Overview for Video Editor:
The Video editor and micro-content Specialist at JRNY Club is pivotal in creating engaging, short-form content that resonates with our digital audience across various platforms. This role involves repurposing content from JRNYCrypto and our creative teams, transforming it into impactful micro-content such as GIFs, short videos, memes, and quotes. The specialist will play a key role in amplifying our brand’s presence and engagement within the Web3 and digital art communities.

What You’ll Do:
– Transform videos from JRNYCrypto and creative outputs into captivating micro-content.
– Create a variety of micro-content, including GIFs, short clips, and interactive posts.
– Integrate micro-content into our wider digital marketing strategies alongside our Social Media Specialist and Creative Director.
– Analyze content performance with the team to refine and optimize our approach.
– Stay updated on digital trends to keep our content fresh and engaging.

Types of Micro-Content We’re Looking For:
– Highlight reels from longer video content
– Multilingual versions of video content to engage international audiences
– Animated GIFs capturing engaging moments
– Short video clips for platforms like TikTok, Clips and Instagram Reels
– Quote graphics from video content or interviews
– Behind-the-scenes sneak peeks in bite-sized formats

Who You Are:
– A creative mind with experience in digital content creation, particularly in repurposing video content.
– Skilled in creating a range of micro-content for various social media platforms.
– Analytically driven, with a knack for leveraging content performance insights.
– Fluent in English, with exceptional communication skills and a passion for Web3 and digital art.
– Available somewhere between the hours of 7am-7pm Pacific Time Zone (8 hour shifts)
