I need to hire a video editor to make 15 shorts per week for this AI comedy channel:

The comedy in the videos can be considered offensive/conspiracy by some, so please review the videos to make sure you’d be ok working on this type of content.
WORKFLOW:
– every Sunday I will send you 15 scripts plus voiceovers
– your job is to turn them into videos (average length of 35-40 seconds)
– you will send a draft version for me to review
– you will implement any changes requested
– you will then export 2 versions of each video (one with a “subscribe” CTA template and one with a “Follow” CTA template) and upload them to our drive.
– we will have a daily training call to review performance
WORK SCHEDULE:
– 100% flexible. if you get the work done well, I don’t care when or how long you work. If I had to make an estimate, I’d say the average well-done video takes around 2-3 hours including revisions. So, including meetings and other mundane tasks, I’d estimate 45 hours/ week.
SKILLS NEEDED:
– video editing
– attention to detail
– preferably into 4chan style non-politically correct comedy
– preferably some us politics knowledge
– preferably some crypto knowledge
PAY:
– $800/Month
– $200 raise after we hit 10k subscribers (or 10k followers on another platform)
– after 10k subs we will discuss more performance based bonuses
