Job Summary:

Join our team as a Video Editor and Creative Strategist to lead our video content creation and conceptual development. This role is perfect for individuals with expertise in video editing, storytelling, and creative strategy, particularly within the DTC/e-commerce sector.

Key Responsibilities:

– Design and edit video content for social media platforms, enhancing brand storytelling and audience engagement.
– Create short form TikTok/Instagram Reels organic content and paid ads content.
– Develop new creative strategies and concepts for video content, including script writing and adapting existing ad concepts to maximize impact.
– Ensure all video outputs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
– Work collaboratively with content teams to produce videos that are optimized for various digital platforms.

Requirements:

– 2-3 years of professional experience in video editing and creative strategy, particularly within a DTC or e-commerce setting.
– Must have short form content editing experience (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, UGC Style).
– Experience working for a US-based DTC/e-commerce brand is essential.
– Ability to turn raw video into fully formed ads, demonstrated by a robust portfolio showcasing high-quality & engaging short form video production.
– Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Etc
– Strong understanding of storytelling, visual aesthetics, and current video production trends.
– Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple video projects in a fast-paced environment.
