Video Editor for a Youtube Channel

We are the renowned European video production company, “LUZARI”, in operation since 2015. Having successfully established a technology-focused YouTube channel in Germany, we’re now expanding our horizons to the English-speaking market, particularly targeting the American audience. To embark on this exciting journey, we’re launching a new YouTube channel. To make this venture a success, we’re seeking dedicated and skilled video editors (up to 3) who can assist in translating our vision onto the global platform.

WHAT ARE WE SEARCHING FOR:

– Role: Full-Time Video Editor (40 hours/week) aiming for a long-term collaboration
– Proficiency in professional video editing software
– Comfortable using Google Drive as our primary workspace
– Ability to create unique content, although the use of stock footage is permitted. Additionally, adhering to YouTube’s fair use guidelines, incorporation of content from other YouTubers is acceptable.
– Proficiency in the English language and the capability to edit videos based on an English audio track.
– Optional: Understanding of the German language and the capability to edit videos based on a German audio track.

WHAT ARE WE OFFERING:

– Fixed Monthly Salary + Bonuses (Depending on the work done) (Individual salary depending on YOU) for example monthly salary can go from $400 to $1000 depending on the work

As part of our selection process, we’ve designed an editing challenge to witness your unique talents in action:

We will provide you with an English audio track, along with its transcript. This audio will review or introduce various tech products. Your primary mission will be to craft a compelling video narrative around this audio. You’ll have the freedom to utilize stock footage, content from other YouTubers (abiding by YouTube’s fair use guidelines), and your distinct editing flair.

Your end-goal: create an engaging video for our upcoming YouTube channel. After the submission window closes, our team will evaluate the entries. The most outstanding editors, who truly capture the essence and vision of our channel, will earn their place on our team.
