We don’t want the alex harmozi generic captions style that everyone has. We want a little more unique.

We are seeking creative individuals to join our team and collaborate on developing compelling Recap & Promo Videos for Events and conferences + IG Reels.

This is an opportunity for a long-term, established partnership with consistent and exciting work.

Responsibilities:
– Create captivating videos from events like the link listed above.
– Collaborate with our main editor
– Ensure timely delivery of the finalized content within the given deadlines.
-Create reels for Ig.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in video editing, especially in crafting short-form content.
– Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro and anything Adobe).
– A strong portfolio showcasing your talent and creativity.
– Ability to match the quality and style set by our main editor.
– Excellent communication and time management skills.
– Able to meet on team sync video calls 2x a week
-Fast wifi.

Payment and Growth:
We believe in fair compensation for your talent and hard work. The pay is based on output. It will range from $300 to $600 per month to start, with the opportunity to grow alongside our team. As we establish a successful collaboration, we aim to increase compensation based on performance and dedication.

Pay per edited video each month + Bonus on performance. Bonuses at 10k views, 50k views and 100k views.
