Video Editor for Long-Form YouTube Videos

I’m looking for a long-term YouTube video editor. Currently, I post 1 long form video per week on my channel. I need an editor to take most of the editing off my plate. My channel has 3k subscribers and is focused on PAs & NPs, showing these medical providers all the possibilities open to them. (You have to be comfortable with people talking about medical procedures.)
I mostly do interviews that last 1 to 1.5 hours. (Sometimes I make talking head videos, approx. 20-40 minutes long before editing.)
I need the long interviews edited to remove mess ups and filler words, and edit the supplied intro / outro takes, plus optimize the sound. This video will be used in the future as material for a membership community and/or for a podcast.
I also need to create a few Shorts/Reels from the video that can be distributed on IG, TikTok, FB, and YouTube shorts.
Then, I need that cleaned up video cut down into a 15-30 minute video hitting the highlights of the interview. That video will need a sharp intro hook, lower thirds, b-roll, sound effects, etc to make it an engaging YouTube video.
In addition to editing my current videos, as time allows, I need someone to go back through my library of 100+ videos to fully clean up the long edits and get them ready for use, as well as pull Shorts/Reels from them.
I am looking for someone who takes pride in their work and will give me consistent, high quality videos. The editor needs to complete the jobs in reasonable time, but being a speed demon is not the main quality I’m looking for. My videos also don’t require a ton of sophisticated, cinema quality editing, but I want smooth transitions, interesting b-roll, graphics that highlight points, and sound effects/music that engages the viewer. As long as it’s high quality, I am open to an editor’s suggestions and creativity.
I want to work with someone who is interested in helping me grow my YouTube channel, has ideas they think will improve things, and who is comfortable talking about what’s working and what’s not. I try not to micro-manage and want an editor who feels happy with the work they are doing. As the channel grows, there is definitely potential for this to turn into a full time job.
