Video Editor For Social Media Channels

VIDEO EDITOR FOR SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS ABOUT FISHING & BOATS

Need to hire a full-time video editor for our social media channel. Video editor would be hired to create content for KayakDIY YouTube channel and their social media pages. Video editor must have experience in video story telling using Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premier / After-Effects software. Video editor must be able to create long form video 16:9 and short form videos 9:16. Video editor must be able to assist in designing catchy video thumbnails for YouTube. Video editor should be able to find work to do for our social media even when we don’t give them a project. We don’t want a video editor who does nothing just because we didn’t give them a project or task. We want the video editor to be able to analyze our social media pages and find ways to help it grow. Video editor will have access to over 300 long form YouTube videos on our social media and could convert many of them into YouTube shorts/Instagram Reels/TikToks. Our social media channel makes videos about building and customizing boats, fishing, scuba diving, product reviews, and outdoor water related adventures.

-Video editor must speak and understand English.
-Video editor must have prior experience with editing social media and be able to give examples.
-We would love if the video editor enjoys fishing, boats, diving, kayaking, or water related activities.

MONTHLY SALARY/WAGE: We are offering to pay up to $550/month. The monthly wage offered to worker applicants will be based on the video editor’s skillsets and experience. If a video editor applicant does not have much experience or skills needed for the job we may offer less than $550/month.

BONUS SALARY/WAGE OPPORTUNITY: Video editor can earn additional bonus pay if they produce a video or unique idea which significantly grows the channel’s view/subscribers/or income. We will review the video editor’s work every 6 months for the opportunity to earn bonus pay. We want the video editor to study our channel’s content and look for additional ways we can grow. Minimum bonus pay to worker will be $20 and maximum bonus pay will be $500.
