Position Summary:
Virtual Assistant – Video and Audio Editor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our content creation process. You will be responsible for editing raw video footage and audio recordings, ensuring they meet our quality standards and align with our brand identity. Your exceptional editing skills, attention to detail, and creativity will contribute to the production of visually stunning and impactful videos.

Responsibilities:
Video Editing:
-Edit raw video footage into cohesive and engaging final products.
-Enhance video quality by adjusting brightness, color balance, and sound levels.
-Incorporate visual effects, transitions, and animations to enhance storytelling.
-Sync and align audio tracks with video content.
-Trim and rearrange video segments to optimize flow and pacing.
-Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, style, and tone.

Audio Editing:
-Clean and enhance audio recordings to ensure clarity and remove unwanted noise.
-Adjust volume levels and equalize audio for a balanced listening experience.
-Add background music, sound effects, and voice-overs as required.
-Ensure seamless synchronization between audio and video elements.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as a video and audio editor, preferably in a similar role or in a media production environment.
-Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and audio editing tools (e.g., Adobe Audition, Audacity).
-Solid understanding of video and audio editing principles, techniques, and best practices.
-Strong creative vision and storytelling abilities.
-Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
-Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and understand project requirements.
-Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

A portfolio or examples of previous video and audio editing projects would be highly beneficial.
