I’ve grown a following on TikTok and now I need your help to take it to the next level!
I create content focused on my two passions: entrepreneurship and full-time travel. Unfortunately, I’ve taken on too many projects this year that I can’t keep up with my social media. I have lots of footage and video ideas but no time to actually execute my vision. That’s where you come in! I need a Tiktok-obsessed video editor to help me create short-form video content from my footage and bring my ideas to life so I can post consistently on TikTok.
As the Lead Video Editor, your main duties will include producing at least 3-5 daily videos using raw content, meticulously reviewing footage to select the most captivating travel moments, movement shots, and b-roll clips, conducting color grading to enhance the overall quality of the footage, and proficiently organizing the edited clips into a footage library for quick access in upcoming projects.
My ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for crafting compelling narratives through expert storytelling, and an eye for cinematic visuals and color grading, especially for travel clips. They are also creative, detail-oriented, and capable of creating content that aligns with my mission; to help others build a life of full-time travel through entrepreneurship, and they also love Tiktok and are excited about experimenting with new video styles and brainstorming fun content ideas.

Responsibilities:
-Create 3-5 Tiktok videos a day from raw footage
– Meticulously review footage to select the most captivating travel moments
-Conducting color grading to enhance the overall quality of the footage
-Organize and edit the library of footage, including cataloging footage, organizing files and folders, and backing up files
-Take inspiration from other viral videos and create similar content for my account using my footage
-Create a wide range of Tiktok videos from the same footage and repurpose content using different songs/trending sounds and/or changing up video length and order of clips
-Create videos for my content pillars, but also have fun with it and use your creativity to create videos outside of that
-Collaborate with my team to ensure all videos are in line with the brand’s tone and vision
Requirements:
-At least 1-2 years of experience in video editing (if you have experience editing videos for social media that’s a bonus)
-Proficient in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software
-Strong knowledge of TikTok trends and algorithm
-Ability to create engaging videos based on my content pillars and also takes initiative to experiment with new styles of content and get creative
-Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with my team
-Able to consistently create 3-5 videos a day
-Can work well independently with minimal direction
