Video Editor for Travel YouTube Channel

I am looking for a creative video editor for my travel YouTube channel. I upload 5 videos per week so I am looking to have a minimum of 5 videos edited per week. The videos are very raw so the editing style is extremely simple, it’s mainly just cutting. Usually footage will be cut down from 1-2 hours and made into a 30-50 minute long vlog. I am looking for a smart and bright person who I can form a close business relationship with, that we can both grow from as the channel progresses. I am a freelance video editor myself so handing the reins of my videos over to someone else is not easy, so I am looking for someone who I can trust to do a great job.. I will be in the Philippines at least once per year so meeting in person would be great too!

TASKS:

Edit 1 to 2 videos per day (Aiming for maximum 4 hours of work per video)
Cutting down 1-2 hours of footage into a 30-50 minute video
Minor audio editing
Render and upload video file along with project file

REQUIRED:

Speak & write in fluent English
Strong internet connection
Available for minimum 20 hours per week
Available to work with different time zones (I am always changing time zone)
Years of experience in video editing (YouTube video editing is a bonus)
Adobe creative cloud subscription (Minimum Premiere Pro)
Can stick to deadlines
Has a fine eye for details
Able to work independently
Good problem solving skills and a fast learner
Familiarity using Slack for communication

PREFERRED:

Interested in Travel
Full Adobe creative cloud subscription with all software
Experience in short form YouTube video editing
Experience in making YouTube thumbnails
Experience in Photoshop

DELIVERABLES: 5-10 videos/week

RATE: $25 per video
