Video Editor for Vlogs and Short Form Content

Unlimited Video Editing is seeking a new editor to assist in editing both in-house and client videos. We are an editing agency specializing in editing client videos for a fixed monthly price, addressing every video request from clients (working on one video at a time per client). We also work with a few in-house brands of content, each with its own style and type of content.

As part of your responsibilities, you will be expected to handle videos assigned to you via our ClickUp board and complete the edits within 24-48 hours. Additionally, you are required to send a progress update screenshot of your timeline at the end of every day. The range of videos will include vlogs, tutorials, entertainment, corporate, and more. Communication will take place through comments in the ClickUp tasks as well as Slack.

Expected Skills:
– Should have the ability to understand different styles of editing and apply them depending on what kind of style is needed for each video
– Should be able to mimic the style of these creators: Mr Beast, MKBHD, Iman Gadzhi, and more
– Must have an updated understanding of the latest editing trends and be able to reproduce them ? in the aim of improving the engagement and viral possibility of the video.
– Proven experience in creating well-balanced audio compositions, seamlessly blending and enhancing audio elements, and a keen understanding of sound mixing principles.
– Must be able to produce modern-style captioning on videos, especially for videos meant for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
– Must have a strong understanding of English for communication and accurate captioning
– Must have some understanding of Western internet culture, as videos might require some knowledge of context to edit dialogue or add in specific graphics/references.

**Requirements:**
– Must be able to use Adobe Premiere Pro
– Must have advanced experience in video editing – we will not take beginners or amateurs.
– Experience in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, or 3D software is a huge PLUS but not a requirement.

**Salary Expectations:**
– $600/month, paid bi-weekly

**Working Hours:**
– Flexible hours when work gets done, as long as you are available to communicate during EST work hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and can meet our EST specific deadlines for videos.
